Thats not true. The Oraquick oral tests are going for 20 or 30 bucks as I recall...so, our 2 or 3 bucks tests would seem to qualify as low cost oral tests.

As far as certification goes, its not clear what country or what certification is being requested. We do have some certifications.... the Wavier list for example, and what ever the Russians and the UAE gave us etc....
