Ok sure every single funding agreement be it a CD,SEDA or equity deal has no short clauses and anyone that knows anything knows those clauses are BULLSHIT.LP has the firm they trade through go short against the shares coming in until the S1 is effective,so some say its the mm's lol.Its so obvious from the trading and many others are saying it lol.You can think what you like,but I've been there done that and own the T shirts lol
