The 8k is telling us nothing different, if you look at the last 10k from April the company gave Fogass 168,000,000 shares for all his great work and his salary then was $175,000 guess he gave himself a $75,000 raise in the past 9 months for that great job increasing shareholder value!!!

But I guess peeps who do no dd (which commandant Fogass is counting on) will just eat this crap up...
