Due to the SEC rules he won’t be able to max out 25mil shares every month. Also usually shares issued to insiders are restricted for a certain time frame? Not 100% sure as I didn’t write the deal. But in the event he does buy or sell, it will be shown as insider trading on the Q’s. I think before investors can view that as a negative they should at least see how it goes before insinuating he will only buy then immediately dump. Since he’s not going to be paid any cash, one would figure yes he probably will do some selling of his shares. But that only give him more incentive to try to continue to drive the pps higher.
