Probably need to add another 0 into what he’s going to pay for his shares. But... To get paid at all he does have to buy them, and eventually sell them. Also in doing so he’s going to want to meet them annual watermarks for those performance bonuses. And he will be limited as to the amount he can acquire per SEC rules. This is a big win for shareholders in my opinion. May lose OS to him buying them up. But as his only payment being the option Imo he should want to see them shares do good things.
