Idk? You guys are the brains here. I'm just a mouth. Although I did provide that awesome DD wit St.Jude. Sure, sure, hope for the best, but expecting the worst. To me, the end of the quarter is the worst. I'm cool wit dat. This is a stinky pinky. They can get away with it so why not do it? Idk. No uplisting, less responsibility to conform. More than likely they will ne to demonstrate a history of transparency before being allowed to uplist. Doubt it's sign and drive, imo. Too much room for errors on the uplisting committee. Trust, but verify.
