Thanks, actually after asking this question I looked at their last 8k and saw that most of the team bailed and so the CEO is the sole proprietor, then I sent an email to the address they posted in the 8k which got returned undeliverable so I immediately sold my position for a tax write off. Thanks for the advice but I jumped ship quickly after doing more DD. Good luck and happy new year.
