As noted in the S1 9,750,000 shares are being registered.Some of those shares have been issued.So for the company to be able to garner $10mil they will need to get the pps up huge with liquidity plus or raise the AS for another round because there will be less then 5 mil left in the AS after this funding.It says up to $10 million for a reason
