EXCEPT... when the buys are people buying newly-minted dilution shares.. which cost the issuer nothing to make, so he can afford to price them at a discount for quick sale and cash in HIS pocket instead of any of our pockets.

The AS jump from 10Bn to 20Bn is extremely alarming here..
