Jimmy: I know you looked into everything a few years ago when you were contemplating taking over this entire shell and company and brining everything current, which is a daunting task. With regard to the CE status, am I correct that Alan need not bring all ten (10) years of financials current all at once, and that years of financials can be completed and reported in partial reports over time to bring everything current, but that the CE and skull & crossbones status on OTC Markets can be removed without all 10 years of fins based on progress toward total currency, with some lesser cautionary status other than the CE, skull & crossbones, etc.?
