I have seen no information to say yes
at the same time, I've seen nothing to say no.
they do seem to be building a new processing plant for some reason, so far they say its for the mining of gold and silver.
they have lots of nice new pictures and stuff, but the lack of accumulation on this stock is serious sign.

If it wasn't for everybody manipulating the market, there wouldn't be a stock market at all.
