I know that OPTI is at this time only tradet on the OTC markets - therefor I asked him for help ...

All I know is:

At this time Optec is traded on the OTC Markets, in the United States.
If and when the company decides to trade (list) on another market, a press release and/or an 8K will be filed."

But - Is there a way to change this?
