I agree- it's 20 CENTS to start on a positive court reversal or even remand back to the lower court to finalize some issues in favor of USRM !

The USRM APPELLATE brief is SO, SO CRYSTAL CLEAR as to how the FDA CONTRADICTS ITS OWN "LAW" and twisted words, codified law etc- and the CA case judge saw INSTANTLY, THAT EXACTLY TO BE THE CASE and said NO, NO SUMMARY JUDGEMENT etc.

PERSONALLY - think it's a EXCELLENT AND WELL WRITTEN BRIEF/APPEAL and I've read several attorney experts on-line who say the same. THE MERITS OF THE ARGUMENTS and LEGAL STANDING BEING MADE IMO ARE ROCK SOLID !!

It's probably a tad hard for people w/o a legal background to fully read and understand it- but it's TIGHT FOLKS, as in AIR TIGHT IMO !!

It puts in PLAIN ENGLISH - that the FDA CONTRADICTS THEIR OWN REGS and more importantly the FDA "MADE LAW" which only a legislator can do - NOT a "guidance document" and invokes the "Chevron doctrine" and concept of "deference" to a Fed regulatory agency which has been getting just SHREDDED in landmark court cases - so much that the SUPREME COURT has nearly rendered it toothless, if not about to dump it for good !!!

I'm STILL STICKING TO MY "WHAT IF THEY MERGE" theory too - the CA clinic chain and USRM MERGING after they put this FDA/COURT BULLSHIT BEHIND THEM !!

CEO Tomas in a later blog stated specifically about "possible partnerships and merger" etc.

SEAN BERMAN is thee son of Dr MARK BERMAN who is co-owner of the HUGE CA CLINIC CHAIN and facing the EXACT SAME LEGAL CASE IN CA using THE EXACT LAW TEAM AS USRM - SEAN BERMAN listed on the APPELLATE BRIEF linked above as a "INTERESTED PARTY/INVOLVED PARTY" to the FDA lawsuit against USRM by FDA = HUGE implications !!

SEAN BERMAN now IMO has a financial stake in the USRM "stem cell banking business" and also I believe (no hard proof) that the CA CLINIC CHAIN was using the USRM STEM BANK/CRYO PRESERVATION SERVICES A LOT- they know each other and work together a LOT !

IF, IF, IF they were to merge- it would be a PUBLIC TRADED MEGA CHAIN OF STEM CELL CLINICS, TRAINING and VET BUSINESSES = WHO KNOWS THE "VALUE" at that point ?

INSTANT BACK TO OTC-QB VERY RAPIDLY and maybe in 1 yr a NASDAQ UPLIST as my "guess" would be revenues of $20 million low end to a $50 MILLION annual revenue company very quickly - IMO !!

HUGE implications here- this is not a quick flip IMO, it's a HOLD WELL PAST COURT DATE and THEE STEM CELL/REGEN MEDICINE PLAY OF 2021 and beyond to me !!
