$VRTC right now is positioned perfectly for a corporate buyout by larger entities seeking to acquire the patents held be Veritec, Inc.

Amazon is one of the companies that utilizes tech that is strikingly similar to Veritec's. Absorbing this company would be an easy way to acquire the rights to the tech without having to deal with possible lawsuits.

$VRTC with it's timy float would have a monster run if buyout rumors have validity.
