Yea, but as we all know, rates are subject to change, like it could take a year to get one tick, but its not the year that made it take a year, get it? Its the money that just came into the stock, that made it tick up, now we can take it one step further, and ask the money if it would rather stick at the slow place or pick up the pace, but I think we all know that answer right?
