For one thing, there is someone that evidently doesn't know how to sell shares in a thinly traded stock like BWMG, that is sitting at .025 with 2 million shares for sale. They're covered up right now on Level II by a seller at .0249. CDEL is the market maker for both trades. Again, a seller that doesn't know how to break up orders, or it could be a fake wall by MMs to scare folks into selling at lower prices. JMO.
