Up down up down with no reason for the action. Does anyone have any current news for PRHL? Sooner or later the dividend shares that management holds is going to be distributed to its shareholders.
The SEC issued its order regarding the CEO of PRHL. The order is punitive and I'm sure the CEO will object to the terms and have a hearing some day. Usually these objections take a long time.
