No it's just a pump the company put out a PR or filing saying that they were exploring options. There may be a pr about something eventually but the company was pretty vague and when the move in ACST began they put out a PR saying they had no idea why the stock was moving.
Right now they're just playing off the pump action to encourage a little more action. lol Buy the lows and always take profits would be my advice but if some freak PR comes out you'll hold it against me. lol I've gotten much further taking profits in trading than holding and waiting for even larger ones. lol
