He posted a link to a document. He never stated genviro was FDA approved/authorized in the post. He could have, but he didn't. He could have been stupid enough to not realize it said FDA approved/authorized on the doc illustration! Keep in mind this idiot didn't realize that he failed to properly redact the shareholders names on the "shareholders" letter!
Far, far different that the ARYC case where the CEO was openly, repeatedly, posted false actual sales figures, and false manufacturing runs. This here is nit picking compared to that case.
Look, no one despises Berman more than I do. But not one response to my challenge of what's the most blatant lie he posted here on the testing, that wasn't a repeat of PR bull, would have been enough to warrant an SEC case against him. He didn't use this board, or any board, as a primary way of pumping DECN through new false claims, or false stock purchases, or false rumors, with only small exceptions.

I suppose someone will interpret this as a defense of Berman. It isn't. I didn't say he didn't intimidate people on boards, I didn't say he didn't hide his identity, and that his posts weren't a defense of the company, I didn't say the tests work. All I am saying is, the company info he posted here was 99% regurgitating PRs, or crudely attacking/challenging others to back up their criticisms!
He is going to be put away, primarily for the PRs, and for financial fraud, not because of posts on this board.
