I am a shareholder in KLGE and have become aware of a CR! restriction from Scottrade on trading activity of this equity. My inquiry to them provided no substance as to the reasoning other than suspicious or unusual activity.

I contact you today because I believe there restriction is unfairly targeting this stock in a manipulative manner for some unknown reason. Can you advise any concerns regarding this company's stock trading? If not then might I suggest you have an investigator look into Scottrade's actions?
