Ok. I may have answered my own question. It looks like it hasn't been brought up in Senate yet and likely won't be (even with new Senate majority) in the next session. However, Harris is a co-author and it's focus on expungement of people charged with high crimes for minor possession and distribution hit home on the front of combating systemic racism. So, I think it will be voted upon in the first half of 2021...
