No way to know. Affleck spent money to make sure she didn't lose it to a custodian but hasn't said anything. SS is awesome and I like the spread. Her lack of attention to it may still cost her though. OTC and SEC are stepping up their game against delinquency. She may end up with another custodian who won't back down. She would have to prove to a judge her intentions or lose control.
