I don't think it's worth much if anything at all. They said they sold the Intellectual Property (IP) Rights, plus practically everything else of any value. The balance sheet from the last filing shows they have negative shareholder equity of ($6,368,000) and worse Net Tangible Assets of ($11,175,000)... there isn't anything here other than debt and destruction. These guys maybe scammers. I don't have a big position but whatever I put into it hasn't any value other than selling it for peanuts after it tanks even further than it has. Total waste of time Piece O Chitt about sums it up.,, unless they can explain the value they've retained in this so called 'business'... it's goals, course of actions, funding angles and abilities, and time frames. Otherwise I'm out of this wasted effort due to being mislead by greedy skumbucket/scammers.
