So if I'm reading this Correctly Shareholders of Rainmaker Worldwide, Inc.(OTC: RAKR) are NOT merging with Sphere 3D (NASDAQ: ANY), so Rainmaker sold their prime assets to Sphere 3D and are now left with??? To me this was a Setup to Fool and Cheat Investors over the many months concluding with this awfully corrupt deal. What do We Shareholders of this company Rainmaker Worldwide, Inc. have now for what was just given up (The Primary IP, The Prime Assets and The Contracts)????
