This is what I heard about today’s gporq hearing... the judge found fraud claims against GPORQ that forced GPORQ into bankruptcy. So the way I am interpreting that info. Is that fraudulent claims against GPORQ made GPORQ declare bankruptcy. If these fraudulent claims were not made would of it made GPORQ declare bankruptcy? I didn’t get the details on the fraud.... but the longer this case drags out the better it is for GPORQ shareholders
