I don't think it's manipulation, just people realizing they still had shares from way back and willing to sell at any price.

Once the next filing hits with more details of the Stock Dividend and finalizing the Reverse Merger (Crypto) people will be chasing hard. Could easily gap up to .001 if it's released after-hours.

Too much potential here to not be holding any shares.
