Matt’s response to my email asking about the funding... just FYI

Hi DR EVIL,

We do not file 8k’s yet, but will soon.

We did state regarding the land that we have lenders and groups will to fund Reporting companies once our S1 goes effective. I would purchase the farm with half cash and a loan for half, because it makes no sense to tie up all that cash in the land when it could be used to purchase processing equipment.
