CAVEAT EMPTOR - BUYER BEWARE

$HCMC is diluting BILLIONS of shares per week. In the last 3 weeks, they have diluted 28 BILLION shares, and that was during the holidays (when trading was cut short). They will continue to dilute BILLIONS of shares as long as someone is buying. The O/S is already at 138 BILLION (and counting). By then end of the month, the O/S will probably be close to 175 or 200 BILLION. The dilution alone should keep everyone away. But all of that dilution will only lead to one thing - a massive reverse split (which will wipe out most of the shareholder value). Then they will start the process all over again. Wash, rinse, repeat...
