Not possible. Never believe what a lying con man like Roger Pawson says. OPTI needs to be an SEC regestraint with two years of audited financials and maintain. A pps over 2 bucks. That means Roger Poger needs to file a Form 10 to reregister the stock. That will not happen any time soon and more likely never.
