YEP,,and CFGN ,a known diluter has been here last 2 days,,my question is,WHY the quick dilution,,and as i read the S1 filing,it stated that KGB would be recieving the last tranch of $1,000,000, in funds????

Upon effectiveness of the S-1 registration, the Company received the final tranche of the $1,000,000 from the Securities Purchase Agreement.
Hmmmmmmm !
