Yep...seems like every RS I've seen the AS always remains sky high at it's pre-split value. That gives those thugs billions and billions of shares to dilute with without having to pay any filing fees over the next several years to raise the AS.

For the owners of a ticker most times a RS is always a win win situation,for share holders....they're screwed 99.999% of the time.
