At least this is an update that confirms the auryn shares will be distributed to the mdmn shareholders as a dividend and mdmn will continue to trade as a stand alone company Unfortunately he also states they will sell some of the auryn shares to pay bills of mdmn so the amount to be received by the mdmn shareholders is unknown. FURTHERMORE THEY HAVE HAD SEVERAL YEARS NOW TO REMORE THE RESTRICTIONS ON THE AURYN SHARES AND IT SEEMS THEY STILL DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS.---WE have no idea when or if this will ever happen.
