Then we are a penny stock again - We don't have a lot of shareholders (see OTC markets) so the spread can be large depending on how everyone's feeling :).

Purchasing the shell - $265,000
Name change - $
Reverse split - $$
Staying current with 10Q etc. - $$$

I honestly have no idea what will happen, but it looks to be wonderful!
