When we started the study, 70% of people who developed COVID-19 respiratory failure died of it, so survival was our primary endpoint. However, over the first three months of the pandemic, medical care got much more effective. Suddenly, everybody was getting anticoagulants and steroids. Ventilator use decreased, and survival rates doubled.

So with great medical care, survival rates can be doubled? RLF increases that further?
