Well that is completely false, a security can be suspended or revoked at any time, no process required per Federal regulations. Suggest you get familiar with it, many OTC stocks are abruptly suspended and or revoked with zero warning, they simply don't trade one morning with an eventual release by the SEC, too late for those who are now stuck with the stock.

Suspension and revoked require zero litigation.

Once again this security is not listed, its not on an exchange, it is simply a quoted security on the OTC Markets, know the difference.
