Looking at OTCBB, ARYC has not had a single press release on Covid-19 products, either before or after the SEC crackdown! So really, it isn't a great comparison to the DECN case. Much of the case against ARYC was the criminal CEO, anonymously tweeting and posting on message boards. So the judge clamping down on the CEO's "anonymous" pumping posts, in effect, stopped information about the "company". If he never identified himself as the CEO, really, then there were ZERO public statements by the company. (I haven't yet looked to see if his tweets were from an account claiming to be the company)
But, here, Berman's postings are only a small part of the case against him. He is a PR a week kind of guy. I don't doubt that court order or not, we probably won't be hearing/seeing Mr Berman posting on message boards any longer. His lawyer will see to that. Right, plutoniumimplosion? lol
