I wouldn't overanalyze why the CFO is leaving... Could be a million reasons:

- Looking to slow down at his age
- Health issues
- Wants to spend more time with the kids and grandkids

More importantly, he didnt abruptly walk or get walked out the door.

Going to be in the seat till June and then in a consulting capacity to year end.

Plus he is not losing his vested stock.

So not really looking at the CFO leaving as a major positive or negative event.
