Hoping for your second option also..

We've both seen OTC stocks blast off with no obvious reason but its usually a non-reporting company with questionable management.

I remember reading on some board that Arthrex had bought 8 other companies.

Be interesting to find out if any of these companies had an Arthrex board member or had been invited to move their offices to the Arthrex campus before they were purchased.

When a company takes or is going to take a large position in a company they usually will have one of their executives on the targeted companies board.

The fact that Arthrex has one of their VP's on HLYK's board and that HLYK has moved it headquarters to the Arthrex campus implies that Arthrex is taking an oversized interest in HLYK.
