A successful COVID P 2b, or a weak or outright failed P 2b would be a big deal, either way. And pps would reflect this, as I see it. There are still those touting the strong P 2b for ABSSSI, and that was for a significant, but much smaller potential. With only 120 patients enrolled the planned interim analysis should not take much time or effort. As unpleasant as it is to type this, a tight interim analysis would put the end to a potentially failed effort earlier, saving limited resources for another try somewhere else.
