It's just incredible how "they" (whoever they are) are able to hold a stock DOWN while accumulating

The only way to do this is via wash sale trading from one account on the sale side, into the same owner account on the bid - basically selling shares to yourself to stimulate volume while still maintaining your position

Aside from the CD Note theory, thats all i can come up with
