Sometimes people can be bad at a lot of things before they find the 1 thing they are good at? If they start bringing in millions from crops, then buying at these levels will pay off. If their lying should become obvious soon when they don’t sell any crop they claimed to have already completed and being tested by an independent lab. If they maximize their alleged spacing then $50mi annual in revenue shouldn’t be any problem. Definitely a huge gamble looking at past activity. But most these pinkies are a gamble in some form or another.
