On September30, 2020, the Company issued a face value $10,000 convertible note. The note has a maturity date of September 30, 2021 and a 12% coupon rate. The note is convertible at the holder’s option at the lesser of $0.0001 or 50% of the lowest closing bid price for the 30 days preceding the conversion date.
