Also, for each of us who have been frustrated by this journey.. or Ward to be frank.. realize this:

The few PR’s he has released for us, entailed project information the Mexican government wouldn’t even reveal for many months down the road. Our natural gas project map and isthmus map could have been divided up into 10 PR’s.

The timing, being months ahead of the game, is in and of itself amazing.
