The Company is adding 6 more trial sites to their Phase 3 Study this month AND also the LOI signed to acquire PharmaTher Inc.’s intellectual property pertaining to psilocybin, the potential acquisition should close this month.

Were there less shares out than 259,219 it states now? I don’t see any indication on the stock page you listed?
