Well this is the part I'm no expert at, I will be able to tell you soon maybe this month how the process actually works. I have yet have anyone volunteer this info to me after asking many times. I assume they are only trading warrants. The pro is: you are getting it cheaper than buying outright and within certain parameters will be worth just as much. I will not try to explain the math since I'm not 100% sure myself and I don't want to mislead you. But, once I redeem my warrants I'll come back and post. The con is: if I miss my window they essentially become worthless. And warrants are really design in favor of the issuer not us traders. We are taking the risk the warrants will be something something. Hope this helps a bit. Also, the S1 where all this is and yes I too, don't understand it fully...so I'm taking educated guess by google all kinds of things trying to wrap my head around it. But, I think I pretty much have it down , just waiting to apply it and see if it works out the way I envision it. :)
