I know you think that will change things but in my view having traded this market a long time #1 it won’t happen anytime soon after the election if it goes the way you want and #2 it won’t ever happen without massive legislation. You forget these dam politicians are not there for justice. They’re there to put their name on a bill - and that bill will take years. In my view much better position is to successfully navigate the loopholes - if you commoditize CBDD there’s no reason to own it or short it. It will be dead and no one makes money. I’d rather have a busy company up and down than a dead one.
