PHCG subsidiary, Test Kitchen CEO Letter to Shareholders

December 30, 2020

Dear Shareholders,
My name is Donald Emmi and it is my pleasure to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Pure Harvest Corporate Group’s (OTCQB: PHCG) wholly owned subsidiary, Test Kitchen, or as we sometimes affectionately call it “The Kitchen.” As we bring the first quarter of operations to a close, I am honored to be drafting my first letter to our shareholders since accepting this position.

To describe the happenings in The Kitchen as exciting would truly be an understatement. Here are just some of The Kitchen’s accomplishments made over the last two months.

We invested in scientific research and product development. Our scientists and product development team, under the stewardship of our Chief Medical Officer Dr. James Rouse, have been testing and further refining the life changing products scheduled to launch at the beginning of the second quarter, 2021. The testing, development, and further improvement of the proprietary formulations using our patent-pending, breakthrough discovery, Cannabinoid Complex 612, has allowed us to develop some genuinely life altering products. Internal studies and market research have been overwhelmingly positive, with the general feedback that these products transform lives and bring more productivity, overall happiness, enhanced moods, and pure joy to those that have tried it.

We invested in market research and brand development. We hired a top-level marketing firm, The Shipyard, to serve as The Kitchen’s Chief Marketing Officer. The Shipyard is a well-known, leading marketing agency focused on building brands and using its proprietary technology to explore and reach new consumer segments. Their client list includes numerous leading brands, such as Scott’s Miracle Grow, In-N-Out Burger, Mars, and The Home Depot. Our executive team and The Shipyard have been hard at work developing a go to market strategy using data expertise to predict customer behavior and scale growth exponentially.

We have set our product line rollout schedule. Over the next couple of weeks, each of you should expect to receive an email inviting you and select friends and family of your choosing to our private product launch, scheduled for January 15, 2021. The private launch will provide you with the opportunity to purchase some of our life changing and industry disrupting wellness products. It will also provide you with a first look at some of the products we have been cooking in The Kitchen ahead of our April 2021 reveal to the world.

As I look back and reflect on the fourth quarter and all that has been accomplished, I feel confident that the future is looking very bright for Test Kitchen and Pure Harvest. As we bring 2020 to a close and welcome in the new year, we look forward to staying on the cutting edge of product development to maximize human potential and allow each of us to gain an unfair advantage over our former selves!
