.0005 BTC for the best most thought out answer:

Why would someone buy Minerco and the ticker MINE, which was obviously created to reflect the original mining company in Honduras?

Why would someone buy this company name and try to re-work the lettering so that it fits the mushroom company, why not just start from scratch using a much better name and fresh ticker, instead of using such notorious and bad company name for this latest endeavor?
