Look man, Solomon will be unable to raise or borrow a single dollar until he either resigns and/or cancels his A-shares.
He has zero credibility. Nobody will lend him a dollar.
And even then, the plaintiffs, who are basically the only parties willing to provide funding, may get cheap shares resulting in more dilution.
After they do all that, they can look at which operations will be profitable in the long run.
In the mean time, they may go bankrupt, dark or simply sink to the bottom of the ocean. This company has become a crapshoot, at best.
