Jim Riley was issued 500,000, 400,000, 100,00 shares of CBGL per the S1. Is this the same Jim Riley that hosted the podcast that trader_ron posted? I don't believe that Jim disclosed his full name on the podcast, but it was so long and syrupy, that perhaps I missed his last name. The host did mention that he owns CBGL stock. imo- Nice cover. Seems like just another paid promotion!
